In addition to tangible better accessibility measures, such as renovating facilities, intangible transformation, such as raising interest among people in the concept of better accessibility for the disabled, promotion of understanding of the concept, and facilitation of “mental barrier-free,” has been taking place more widely because the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games attracting attention to para-sports and para-athletes.
